Accessible Mental Health Care — At No Cost
Enlee offers individual outpatient psychotherapy for adults who face financial or systemic barriers to accessing care.
Eligible clients may receive up to 12 free psychotherapy sessions, delivered virtually by licensed clinicians and supervised MACP-level student or intern therapists. Care is trauma-informed, ethical, and time-limited.

How Free Therapy Works
1. Apply for Free Therapy
Complete a short application to help us understand your needs.
2. Intake & Matching
Our team reviews your application and matches you with a volunteer therapist, counsellor-in-training, or intern based on availability and clinical appropriateness.
3. Begin Therapy
Start your free psychotherapy sessions in a confidential, supportive, and time-limited care model (up to 12 sessions).
