MACP Student Clinician

Bethany is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student currently completing her clinical practicum at Enlee, where she provides counselling services under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. She aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices, to help clients develop practical strategies for managing their mental health.

Bethany is particularly interested in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing culturally responsive care.

She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and is honoured to walk alongside them as they work toward healing, clarity, and growth.
