Seongin Hong (Zach), MACP Student Clinician

Zach is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student currently completing his clinical practicum at Enlee, where he provides psychotherapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

His primary therapeutic orientation is psychodynamic, with an emphasis on developing self-understanding as the foundation for healing. From this foundation, Zach integrates structured and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, alongside narrative therapy, to help clients address practical challenges and develop effective coping strategies.

Zach is particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional distress, relational difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. He welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing culturally responsive and respectful care.

Zach is currently completing the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. His background includes experience in pastoral care, as well as youth and family support, which informs his relational and reflective approach to therapy.

He believes that healing begins when clients are able to understand and respect parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or neglected. Zach is honoured to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater self-understanding, self-respect, and personal growth.
