I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student completing my clinical practicum at Enlee, where I provide psychotherapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
My primary therapeutic orientation is psychodynamic, with an emphasis on developing self-understanding as the foundation for healing. From this foundation, I integrate structured and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, alongside Narrative Therapy, to help clients address practical challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional distress, relational difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to provide culturally responsive and respectful care.
I am currently completing the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. My background includes experience in pastoral care, as well as youth and family support, which informs my relational and reflective approach to therapy.
I believe that true healing begins when clients are able to understand and respect parts of themselves that may have been neglected. I am honoured to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater self-understanding, self-respect, and personal growth.
