I know therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to be themselves. Many individuals come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to put their experiences into words. My path into counselling has been shaped by lived experiences of navigating identity, relationships, expectations, and emotional responsibility within family and cultural systems. Coming from a Muslim background, I understand the complexity of holding faith, culture, and personal needs at once. Therapy, for me, is a space where your experiences are honored, not minimized.
My work integrates CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sessions remain flexible and responsive to your needs, focusing on understanding emotions, shifting unhelpful patterns, reconnecting with strengths, and moving toward change in a way that feels aligned and manageable for you.
I want you to know that therapy doesn’t require you to have the right words, a clear goal, or a neatly defined problem. You are welcome exactly as you are, with all the uncertainty, questions, and emotions you may be carrying.
I invite you to reach out to book your free 30-minute consultation, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
