Mahsa Tahamtanmoeini is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) student completing her clinical practicum at Enlee, where she provides psychotherapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
Mahsa’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a client-centred and trauma-informed framework. She is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support clients in developing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and building practical coping strategies.
Mahsa is particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and emotional overwhelm, often connected to patterns of perfectionism, self-criticism, and difficulties with self-worth, particularly during periods of life transition and adjustment. Drawing from her lived experience as an immigrant, she brings a culturally responsive and empathetic lens to her work and values supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to her clinical training, Mahsa has experience as a Life and Wellness Coach, supporting individuals in building confidence, resilience, and personal growth. She integrates this experience thoughtfully into her therapeutic work while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based care.
Mahsa believes that each person has the capacity for growth and change, even in the midst of difficulty. She strives to walk alongside her clients—not to direct them, but to support them in discovering their strengths, gaining clarity, and moving toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.
