I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, work/study concerns, chronic stress, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, refugee, new immigrant and life transitions. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to provide culturally responsive and inclusive care.
